1. Investment & Commercial (TDP)
Drive corporate growth and financial strategy by evaluating high-potential renewable energy projects.
* Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Engineering, or a closely related field.
* Professional Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Investment, Corporate Finance, Financial Advisory, Transaction Services, or Consulting.
* Core Competencies: Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, valuation, financial analysis, and project feasibility studies.
* Preferred Qualifications: Prior exposure to M&A, investment, or divestment agendas within the power and infrastructure sectors, alongside experience at a Big 4 or top-tier consulting firm.
2. Risk Management (TDP)
Leverage data-driven strategies to identify, assess, and mitigate risks across complex renewable energy operations.
* Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Statistics, Mathematics, Informatics Engineering, Data Science, Actuarial Science, Industrial Engineering, or related disciplines.
* Professional Experience: Minimum 3 years working as a Data Risk Analyst, Data Quality Analyst, or in a similar data assurance capacity.
* Technical Skills: Mastery of Python, R, and advanced Microsoft Excel, alongside a solid grasp of statistical modeling, forecasting, and machine learning algorithms (e.g., ARIMA, LSTM).
* Preferred Qualifications: Background in the energy or infrastructure sector, coupled with database management and programming versatility (Java, C++, PHP).
3. PPC Officer (Project, Planning & Control)
Ensure timely project execution and efficient resource allocation across critical infrastructure developments.
* Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Electrical Engineering with a minimum GPA of 3.30.
* Professional Experience: At least 2 years of hands-on experience in Project Planning & Control or project management roles.

4. IT Staff

* Candidate Profile: Male, aged 20 to 30 years, possessing foundational electrical and mechanical knowledge.
* Experience & Location: At least 2 years of experience in power generation. Must be willing to be stationed at PLTM Sungai Buaya, Deli Serdang, North Sumatra (local residents prioritized).
6. Solar PV (PLTS) Technician
Ensure the seamless performance, maintenance, and troubleshooting of solar energy systems.
* Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
* Professional Experience: 1 to 2 years specializing in Solar PV maintenance or electrical systems.
* Technical Knowledge: Deep familiarity with solar panels, inverters, Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), combiner boxes, and protection mechanisms.
7. Solar PV (PLTS) Operator
Monitor plant performance daily and maintain safety compliance across site operations.
* Educational Background: Vocational high school (SMK) or Diploma (D3) in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
* Key Responsibilities: Conducting routine plant monitoring, executing basic troubleshooting, adhering to HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) standards, and generating operational reports in shift rotations.
8. General Administration (GA) Officer (Maternity Leave Cover)
Streamline administrative workflows and human resources processes at our site plant.
* Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any major with at least 1 year of experience as an HR/GA Administrator in a project or plant setting.

* Contract Details: Fixed-term contract for 3 months to cover Maternity Leave. Stationed full-time at Site Plant PLTA Batu Gajah, Langkat Regency, North Sumatra.
9. Finance Administrator - PLTM Manajur

* Educational Background: Minimum Diploma (D3) graduate.
* Professional Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a finance administrative role within a project or industrial environment.
* Core Skills: Basic accounting knowledge, advanced spreadsheet management, and meticulous attention to detail. Stationed full-time at Site PLTM Manajur.
10. Silau Mini-Hydro Plant (PLTM) Technician
Support electrical and mechanical maintenance initiatives to maximize power generation uptime.
* Educational Background: Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
* Candidate Profile: Male, aged 20 to 30 years, with a strong willingness to learn and execute responsibilities independently or within a team.
* Location: Stationed at PLTM Silau, Simalungun Regency, North Sumatra (local residents prioritized).
