## Job Vacancy Details: CoC Data Management
Sinar Mas Forestry is actively seeking a qualified candidate to fill the CoC Data Management position. This role is crucial for ensuring regulatory compliance, maintaining precise data systems, and supporting sustainable supply chain tracking.
Core Responsibilities
The professional selected for this role will manage critical administrative workflows and data monitoring systems. Key duties include:
Overseeing administrative tasks and managing Production Result Reports (Laporan Hasil Produksi* - LHP).
* Conducting comprehensive data analysis, accurate data entry, and continuous system monitoring within SIPUHH Online and Woodtracking platforms.
* Preparing routine reports concerning forest product administration.
* Evaluating and monitoring the implementation of the Chain of Custody (CoC) framework.
Candidate Qualifications
To qualify for this position, applicants must meet the following educational and professional criteria:
* Educational Background: Hold at least a Bachelor's (S1) degree in Forestry, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Statistics, Administration, or a closely related discipline.
* Experience: Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; however, candidates with up to 1 year of professional experience in forestry administration, forest product management, or a related domain will have a distinct advantage.
* Regulatory Knowledge: Possess a solid understanding of government regulations and standard procedures regarding forest product management.
* Technical Skills: Demonstrate strong data analysis and processing capabilities, coupled with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
* Soft Skills: Exhibit excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively coordinate with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
