* Integrity: Must not have been dishonorably discharged from any previous employment or government service.
* Conflict of Interest: No immediate family members (spouse, children, parents, siblings) may currently serve as lecturers within the specific faculty, school, or department applied for.
## Special Qualifications for Master's/Specialist 1 Degree Holders
Candidates applying with a Master’s degree must meet additional rigorous standards:
1. Language Proficiency: A valid official TOEFL (min. 500 PBT/173 CBT/61 iBT), IELTS (min. 6.0), or AcEPT (min. 268) score is required. Candidates from non-English speaking doctoral programs must also meet these standards.
2. Academic Potential Test (TPA): Proof of a valid TPA score is mandatory. Accepted formats include:
