The Language Development and Cultivation Agency under the Ministry of Basic and Secondary Education is officially inviting qualified Indonesian language instructors to serve as cultural ambassadors. ## Specialized Requirements by Teaching Mode
Depending on the assigned location, instructors will operate under specific instructional modes.
1. In-Person (Luring) Requirements
* Not currently enrolled in formal education.
* Not receiving a government scholarship.
* Free from post-study service obligations or mandatory civil service appointments during the assignment year.
2. Remote/Online (Daring) Requirements
* Not receiving a government scholarship.
* Proficient in operating virtual meeting platforms and diverse online learning software.
* Capable of managing time zones according to the student’s location.
## Target Countries and Specific Provisions
The selection covers 36 global locations. While requirements vary by assignment, most roles require at least a Master’s degree (S-2) for university positions, whereas positions at Indonesian diplomatic missions may accept a Bachelor’s degree (S-1). Priority is consistently given to candidates with local language fluency (e.g., German for Austria/Germany, Arabic for Tunisia/Qatar/Lebanon, and English proficiency for Canada/USA/New Zealand).
