## Core Responsibilities of the HR Officer
As an HR Officer at Rimau Group, you will serve as a vital link between management and our site-based personnel. Your day-to-day duties will encompass the full employee lifecycle, ensuring operational efficiency and a positive workplace culture.
* End-to-End Recruitment: Drive the complete hiring pipeline, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to securing top talent tailored for site operations.
* Employee Transitions: Seamlessly manage comprehensive onboarding processes for new hires and handle professional offboarding procedures.
* HR Administration: Maintain accurate employee databases, monitor daily attendance records, and oversee formal employment contracts.
* Payroll & Benefits Administration: Accurately process monthly payroll, manage Income Tax (PPh 21) obligations, and administer mandatory national social security programs (BPJS Ketenagakerjaan and BPJS Kesehatan).
* Policy Implementation: Assist leadership in drafting, rolling out, and enforcing company HR policies while ensuring strict adherence to Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
## Candidate Qualifications and Requirements
