The Balai Pelaksana Penyediaan Perumahan dan Kawasan Permukiman (BP3KP) serves as a vital technical unit under the Ministry of Housing and Settlement Areas. Dedicated to the execution of housing initiatives and regional development, BP3KP operates 19 units across Indonesia, strategically positioned from Java and Kalimantan to Sulawesi, Maluku, Nusa Tenggara, and Papua.
Currently, the BP3KP Java III office is launching a recruitment drive for 120 Community Facilitators (Tenaga Pendamping Masyarakat or TPM) to support the 2026 Home Renovation Program across Central Java and the Special Region of Yogyakarta. This is a significant opportunity for dedicated professionals to contribute to the nation’s infrastructure and housing quality improvements.
## Candidate Eligibility Criteria
To be considered for the Community Facilitator position, applicants must meet the following requirements:
* Nationality: Must be an Indonesian citizen (WNI).
* Age Range: Between 20 and 60 years old.
* Legal Standing: Free from any criminal, civil, or administrative sanctions.
* Political Neutrality: Must not hold membership or an official position in any political party.
* Physical and Mental Health: Must be in good health to perform the duties required.
* Commitment: Must be willing to work on a full-time basis for the duration of the contract.
* Technical Literacy: Proficient in operating computers and digital-based electronic systems.
* Educational Background (Preferred): Preference is given to those with backgrounds in building engineering, infrastructure engineering, environmental engineering, civil engineering, architecture, or related construction fields.
* Skills and Experience (Preferred): Candidates who have completed technical construction training or possess at least one year of experience in home renovation assistance programs or similar initiatives are highly encouraged to apply.
* Proximity: Preference will be given to candidates residing near the target areas for the renovation program.
