## General Requirements for Applicants
All applicants for the 2025 non-permanent recruitment cycle must meet the following criteria:
* Eligibility: The recruitment process is open to the general public.
* Qualifications: Candidates must meet the specific educational and experience requirements for their chosen position.
* Background: Must not have been dishonorably discharged from previous employment (civil service, military, private sector, or state-owned enterprises).
* Availability: Must be willing to work full-time and available for shift rotations.
* Commitment: Must not hold concurrent structural positions and cannot be an active member or official of any political party.

## Recruitment and Selection Process
The selection process is conducted in three rigorous stages using a "knock-out" system:

3. Pharmacy Assistant: Diploma (D3) in Pharmacy with an active STR.
4. Laboratory Technician: Diploma (D3) in Health Analysis with specialized experience in Anatomical Pathology.
5. Nutritionist: Diploma (D3) or Bachelor of Dietetics with an active lifetime STR.
6. HR Analyst: Bachelor in HR Management, Law, Psychology, or Public Health.
7. Training Coordinator: Bachelor’s degree in any field with experience in hospital education/training.
8. Insurance Verification Staff: Diploma (D3) with administrative experience and knowledge of health insurance procedures.
9. Cashier: Diploma (D3), preferably in Hospital Administration with 1 year of relevant experience.
10. Education Coordination Staff: Diploma (D3) with strong administrative and documentation skills.
11. Mechanical & Electrical Technician: Diploma (D3) in Electrical or Civil Engineering with relevant equipment certification.
12. Health Care Assistant: SMK Kesehatan graduate with a basic understanding of nursing care and hygiene.
