Specific Criteria for State Civil Apparatus (ASN) Applicants

Applicants coming from an ASN background must meet additional institutional prerequisites to qualify for the selection stages.

* Hold a minimum rank of Pembina (IV/a) and have experience serving in an Administrator/Structural or Expert Senior Functional (Ahli Madya/Associate Professor) role, or equivalent.
* Achieve "Good" performance appraisal ratings across all metrics for the past two consecutive years.
* Free from any active medium or severe disciplinary sanctions issued by authorized officials.
* Obtain mandatory written approval from their direct supervisor, complete with the official institutional stamp.
* Submit proof of compliance regarding recent state financial disclosures (LHKPN/LHKASN) and annual tax returns (SPT).
