## 1. Assistant Expert for Curriculum Development
This role is essential for ensuring that our educational programs meet the highest standards of technical excellence. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping how future professionals learn and grow within the public works sector.
Required Qualifications
* Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Civil Engineering, Water Resources Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Architecture, Urban and Regional Planning, Civil Engineering Education, Building Construction Education, or Educational Technology.
* Professional Experience: A minimum of six months of experience in developing educational curricula and training modules.
Technical Competencies
* Proficiency in applying hierarchical frameworks to classify learning objectives across cognitive, affective, and psychomotor domains.
* Expertise in designing comprehensive training structures, including Course Design (Syllabus) and Lesson Plans (RPP).
* Ability to create interactive and visually engaging learning module layouts.
* Strong understanding of assessment development to measure various levels of cognitive ability.
* Expertise in integrating Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) into pedagogical strategies.
Scope of Work
* Assisting Senior Experts in the creation of training curricula, modules, question banks, and presentation materials.
* Drafting comprehensive training curriculum books and instructional manuals.
* Participating in technical discussions regarding the updates and modernization of training materials.
* Preparing monthly and final reports to ensure project accountability and progress tracking.
## 2. Assistant Expert for E-Learning Material Preparation
As digital transformation becomes central to our training initiatives, we are looking for creative professionals to help design cutting-edge, interactive learning environments.
Required Qualifications
* Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Educational Technology, Visual Communication Design, Multimedia, or Informatics Engineering.
* Professional Experience: At least one year of experience in graphic design, motion graphics/animation, video production, interactive multimedia, or hypermedia development.
Technical Competencies
* Capability to produce comprehensive media outlines, storyboards, flowcharts, and instructional scripts.
* Ability to develop cohesive visual concepts, maintaining design consistency and applying visual hierarchy principles to user interfaces.
* Advanced skills in professional software suites, including Adobe Creative Cloud and Articulate Storyline 360.
* A solid understanding of emerging technologies, such as Augmented Reality (AR), Virtual Reality (VR), Gamification, and Metaverse-based learning.
Scope of Work
* Collaborating with Senior Experts to draft media outlines (GBIM), flowcharts, and storyboards.
* Developing and sourcing assets for high-quality e-learning modules.
* Producing engaging digital instructional content.
* Attending coordination meetings focused on the deployment and preparation of e-learning assets.
* Documenting all project activities through the creation of monthly and final accountability reports.
