## Available Positions
We are currently inviting applications for the following roles:
* Regional Coordinator / Water Supply Advisor: Overseeing strategic implementation and regional coordination.
* Assistant Financial Advisor (APK): Managing financial oversight and budgetary compliance.
* Administration and Finance Assistant (AKK): Supporting operational administrative and fiscal tasks.
* Community Facilitator (FM): Serving as the primary point of contact for community engagement and field activities.
## Core Qualifications
Candidates must meet the following general requirements to be considered for these roles:
* Proficiency in computer operation, specifically Microsoft Word and Excel.
* Strong verbal communication skills and a collaborative team-oriented mindset.
* Proven experience in community empowerment, specifically within the water sector.
* Full-time availability and willingness to relocate to designated project sites.
* Exclusion criteria: Applicants must not be current civil servants (ASN), active members of community organizations (BKM/LKM/KSM), or involved in political party leadership and legislative candidacy.
## Role-Specific Academic and Experience Requirements
1. Regional Coordinator
* Education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Environmental or Civil Engineering.
* Experience: Minimum 1 year as a Pamsimas Provincial Coordinator, 3 years as a Pamsimas Technical FM, or 4 years in water-related community programs.
2. Assistant Financial Advisor (APK)
* Education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Economics or Accounting.
* Experience: Minimum 1 year as a Pamsimas Financial Assistant or 2 years as a Pamsimas Financial FM.
3. Administration and Finance Assistant (AKK)
* Education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Economics, Social Sciences, or Community Development.
* Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience as a Financial FM in Pamsimas or similar community-based water programs.
4. Community Facilitator (FM)
* Education: Diploma (D3/D4) or Bachelor’s (S1) in Environmental, Civil, or Irrigation Engineering. Prior Pamsimas experience is highly preferred.
