## Job Responsibilities
As a core member of our engineering division, you will drive manufacturing efficiency and uphold our strict quality benchmarks. Your daily responsibilities will encompass:
* Production Planning & Scheduling: Formulating meticulous production schedules alongside comprehensive equipment maintenance timelines.
* Operational Monitoring: Directing and evaluating daily manufacturing workflows to guarantee alignment with organizational targets.
* Performance Optimization: Analyzing productivity metrics and resource efficiency, followed by proposing targeted initiatives to elevate overall output.
* Standardization: Developing, assessing, and constantly refining comprehensive Work Instructions (WI) and critical process parameters.
* Troubleshooting & Quality Assurance: Conducting rigorous Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for any manufacturing bottlenecks and executing swift corrective actions.
* Reporting: Generating detailed performance reviews accompanied by actionable strategies for continuous process improvement.
* Compliance: Ensuring all manufacturing operations strictly adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), safety regulations, and superior quality benchmarks.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partnering closely with allied departments to synchronize production pipelines and maintenance schedules seamlessly.
## Candidate Qualifications
To thrive in this demanding yet fulfilling role, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Hold at least a Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a closely related technical discipline.
* Professional Experience: Bring a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience working as a Production Engineering professional within the manufacturing sector.
* Management Systems: Demonstrate a strong working knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 Quality and Environmental Management Systems.
* Analytical Acumen: Possess proven proficiency in conducting productivity evaluations and measuring manufacturing efficiency.
* Continuous Improvement: Showcase demonstrated experience in implementing methodologies such as Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing, or comparable continuous improvement frameworks.
* Technical Literacy: Display a solid understanding of modern manufacturing processes, production machinery, and foundational equipment maintenance.
* Problem-Solving Skills: Exhibit exceptional critical thinking, analytical capabilities, and advanced root-cause investigation techniques.
* Data Management: Excel at data interpretation, technical report writing, and formulating data-driven recommendations.
* Soft Skills: Maintain outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with the versatility to excel both autonomously and within multidisciplinary teams.
