## 1. Food Techno Commercial (Technician)
As a Food Techno Commercial professional, you will serve as the crucial operational bridge between our advanced cleaning solutions and our clients' daily facilities management.
Key Responsibilities
* Inventory & Stock Management: Monitor client inventory levels closely to prevent stockouts, guarantee product freshness, eliminate expired goods, and strictly enforce First-In, First-Out (FIFO) stock rotation principles.
* Hardware Availability: Secure and supply necessary replacement spare parts promptly whenever equipment maintenance demands it.
* Technical Support & Training: Deliver hands-on technical assistance, conduct engaging product demonstrations, troubleshoot minor technical hurdles, and train client teams on proper equipment and chemical usage aligned with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
* Client Visits & Audits: Execute scheduled field visits fully equipped with comprehensive toolkits and testing kits.
* Pre-Installation Assessment: Perform detailed site surveys and formulate comprehensive reporting before initiating any machinery or equipment setup.
* Installation & Cleanup: Carry out seamless machine installations while ensuring the entire workspace is spotless upon project completion.
* Feedback Collection: Encourage and remind clients to complete Customer Satisfaction Forms to help us measure service quality.
* Reporting: Document and submit structured daily activity reports detailing field operations.
Candidate Requirements
* Hold a Bachelor's Degree (S1) in a relevant discipline.
* Possess a minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a related technical or commercial role.
## 2. IT Support Staff
Our IT Support Staff plays a foundational role in maintaining our technological infrastructure, ensuring seamless digital workflows, robust network security, and reliable data administration across the enterprise.
Key Responsibilities
* Web Administration: Oversee, update, and manage the corporate website and internal company portals.
* Network Management: Conduct routine network evaluations to ensure optimal uptime and connectivity.
* Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and networking malfunctions swiftly.
* Preventive Maintenance: Perform scheduled physical cleanings and diagnostic checks on computer workstations throughout all company facilities.
* Data Integrity: Guarantee the integrity and regular execution of system backups, including financial data (Accurate system) and critical corporate files.
* Escalation Management: Report major IT infrastructure failures or severe hardware damage immediately to senior management.
* Asset Tracking: Compile, catalog, and label company hardware assets, submitting accurate records to the Finance and Administration Department.
* General Duties: Assist with ad-hoc technological assignments and execute directives from leadership as business needs dictate.
Candidate Requirements
* Hold a Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
* Bring at least 1 year of hands-on professional experience in IT support.
