Candidate Requirements
To be considered for this role, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: Minimum of a vocational high school (SMK) or equivalent degree; a background in Graphic Arts (Grafika) is considered a significant advantage.
* Professional Conduct: Exceptional communication skills complemented by a positive, proactive work ethic.
* Core Competencies: A strong sense of discipline, honesty, persistence, and a meticulous eye for detail.
* Operational Readiness: Must be fully available to work in a rotating shift system.
* Team Dynamics: Proven ability to function effectively both as an independent contributor and as a cooperative team member.
* Eligibility: Candidates must not currently be bound by an active employment contract with any other company or organization.
