1. Palm Oil Certification Manager
This role is essential for maintaining our compliance standards and ensuring sustainable operational practices.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement certification work programs in alignment with ISPO and PROPER standards.
* Coordinate data collection and reporting across internal divisions.
* Oversee internal and external inspections, audits, and Occupational Health and Safety (K3) protocols.
* Prepare and support audit processes while ensuring legal compliance.
* Maintain effective communication with all stakeholders and provide regular reports to the Regional and Head Offices.
* Candidate Requirements:
* Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Palm Oil Plantation, Environment, or Forestry.
* At least 3 years of experience as a Certification Manager or 5 years as an Assistant Certification Manager.
* ISPO Auditor Certification (Permentan No 11/2015 or No 38/2020) is highly preferred.
* Strong knowledge of AMDAL, RKL-RPL, SMK3, and hazardous waste (B3) management.
* Proficiency in MS Office; placement in Merauke, Papua.
2. Palm Oil Mill & KCP Supervisor
We are looking for a technical expert to oversee processing efficiency and equipment maintenance.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and implement operational strategies for CPO Mills and KCPs.
* Maintain precise documentation of all operational activities.
* Perform troubleshooting and investigate mechanical and electrical issues.
* Ensure strict implementation of Halal, OHSAS 18001, ISO 9001, ISO 22000, HACCP, and ISCC standards.
* Candidate Requirements:
* Bachelor’s or Diploma degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
* Minimum 6 years of experience in the palm oil milling sector.
* Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.
* Certifications in Halal, ISO, or HACCP are considered a significant advantage.
* Position based at the Head Office in South Jakarta, with required travel to plantation units.
3. Budget Controller Staff (Mill & KCP)
This position is responsible for the financial oversight and efficiency of our milling operations.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare annual budgets for all CPO Mills and KCP units.
* Conduct monthly evaluations of operational work plans and financial performance.
* Analyze cost structures and develop strategies to improve operational efficiency.
* Monitor and report on mill performance metrics on a regular basis.
* Candidate Requirements:
* Must be proficient in SAP or other relevant ERP systems.
* Minimum 5 years of professional experience as a Head Office Engineering Staff or Mill Controller.
* Deep understanding of the palm oil milling process workflow.
* Strong administrative and organizational skills; position based in Jakarta.
