## Professional Qualifications and Requirements
To ensure the safety and productivity of our mining operations, all applicants must meet the following baseline requirements:
* Educational Background: Minimum High School diploma (SMA/SMK) up to a Bachelor’s degree (D3/S1), depending on the specific requirements of the role.
* Industry Experience: A minimum of 3 to 4 years of proven experience in the same role, specifically within the coal mining industry.
* Mandatory Certifications:
* POP (Pengawas Operasional Pertama): Required for Hauling Supervisor, Jetty Foreman, Plant & Maintenance Foreman, and Safety Officer positions.
* Welder Certification: Mandatory for all Welder applicants.
* Operational Knowledge: Proficiency in Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), mining operations, and the implementation of Occupational Health and Safety (K3/OHS) regulations.
* Core Competencies: Exceptional communication, coordination, and teamwork skills, with the ability to thrive under pressure in a target-driven mining environment.
* Physical and Logistical Requirements: Candidates must be in excellent physical health, capable of working in remote mining areas, and fully committed to the company’s roster system.
