As an Operations Administrator, you will be the backbone of our logistics workflow, ensuring smooth day-to-day administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Monitor petty cash and emergency petty cash balances originating from ships.
* Process requests for standard and emergency petty cash allocations.
* Recap invoices and audit final disbursement accounts received from agents.
* Compile and submit daily Vessel Daily Report (VDR) summaries to the company group.
* Track payment statuses and monitor ship-tracking billing records.
Requirements and Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related discipline preferred.
* 2 to 5 years of proven experience in administrative support roles, ideally within the shipping or logistics sector.
* Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and other industry-relevant software.
* Exceptional attention to detail and strong problem-solving capabilities.
* Familiarity with shipping industry regulations, processes, document management, and record-keeping systems.
2. Admin Procurement

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop purchasing plans and record company requirements for goods and services.

3. Finance & Accounting (AP/AR/Tax)
We are looking for a meticulous Finance and Accounting professional to manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and comprehensive corporate tax obligations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collect, verify, and report financial invoices according to strict deadlines.
* Conduct monthly reconciliations for Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable balance data.

4. Port Captain
The Port Captain ensures all vessel operations comply with company policies, safety standards, and maritime regulations while overseeing fleet performance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Implement and promote company policies, fleet safety systems, and standard procedures.
* Coordinate, direct, and evaluate onboard personnel and working processes.
* Ensure loading and discharging operations for bulk materials and liquid cargo run safely, smoothly, and within budget.
* Guarantee vessel seaworthiness through continuous monitoring of Daily Monitoring Reports.
* Coordinate recruitment, crew rotations, and familiarization programs with vessel Masters.
* Manage Port State Control (PSC) deficiencies, entity classifications, and terminal inspection close-outs.
* Schedule internal audits, maintain positive relationships with local agencies (KSOP, UPP), and issue operational reports.
Requirements and Qualifications:
* Marine Officer License Class III (ANT-III) or a Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Logistics, Marine Engineering, or Management.
* Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience as a Fleet Officer or Port Captain within a shipping enterprise.
* Deep knowledge of vessel operations, specifically regarding Tugs & Barges, Tankers, and SPOBs.
* Familiarity with Indonesian maritime port clearance laws, permit issuance, and vessel certification.
* Outstanding leadership, communication, and computer literacy (MS Office, CMMS, VMS, FMS).
5. Port Engineer
The Port Engineer manages all technical, maintenance, and engineering needs across the fleet to guarantee maximum asset reliability and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee vessel maintenance scheduling, repairs, and capital expenditure budget development.
* Create repair specifications and supervise all shipyard and in-port repair activities.
* Act as the primary technical liaison for vessel Chief Engineers and Captains.
* Negotiate contractor agreements, manage service providers, and ensure timely regulatory inspections.
* Track actual repair costs against allocated budgets and process purchase orders (POs) and work orders (WOs).
* Update preventative maintenance plans and provide round-the-clock emergency engineering support.
Requirements and Qualifications:
* Marine Engineer Class III (ATT-III) or a Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Mechanical, Marine System, or Electrical Engineering.
* 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience as a Port Engineer in the shipping sector.
* Expertise in maintaining and repairing Tug & Barge systems, Tankers, and SPOBs.

6. Maintenance Technician (Mechanical / Electrical)

7. Technical Superintendent
The Technical Superintendent monitors assigned vessels to ensure optimal technical performance, regulatory compliance, and budget adherence.
Key Responsibilities:
* Monitor technical operations, machinery wear-and-tear, and consumption of spare parts and lubricants.
* Plan statutory surveys, dry-docking procedures, and maintenance schedules efficiently.
* Inspect assigned vessels physically at least twice a year using standardized checklists.
* Collaborate with the Procurement department to control repair costs and optimize operational budgets.
* Maintain the validity of class, national, and international certificates in accordance with ISM and ISPS codes.
* Review safety management systems (SMS) and submit timely monthly expenditure reports.
Requirements and Qualifications:
* Marine Engineer Class II (ATT-II) or a Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Mechanical, Marine System, or Electrical Engineering.
* 3 to 5 years of experience as a Technical Superintendent, with over 8 years of total industry background.
* Assistant Manager background specializing in Ship Management is preferred.
* Comprehensive command of international maritime conventions, ISM/ISPS codes, and vessel maintenance systems.
* Exceptional analytical thinking, proactive attitude, and fluency in English.
