## Current Job Opening: HR Compensation, Benefits & Payroll Supervisor
Trans Entertainment is currently seeking a dedicated and analytical professional to oversee compensation management, employee administration, and payroll operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and compile accurate employee data and personal administrative updates.
* Handle Compensation and Benefits (Comben) functions within designated levels of authority.
* Ensure the timely, accurate delivery and processing of monthly payroll services.
Candidate Qualifications
* Possess a Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in any major.
* Minimum of 1 to 3 years of professional experience working as a Supervisor in Compensation & Benefit, Payroll, Operations, or HR Services.
* Solid, practical understanding of Indonesian social security programs (BPJS Ketenagakerjaan and BPJS Kesehatan).
* Demonstrated experience in handling PPh 21 income tax calculations.
* Familiarity with employee attendance tracking systems and HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems).
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data processing, formulas, and reporting).
* Up-to-date knowledge of current Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
