Our operations are based in a sprawling 2,600-square-meter facility in West Jakarta. This expansive workshop allows us to handle both complex manufacturing tasks and precision repairs under one roof. To ensure our seals meet the most rigorous industrial standards, we utilize five high-capacity CNC sealing machines capable of handling diameters up to 500 mm, powered by advanced Seal Master – DMH GmbH technology.

## Available Positions and Qualifications
We are looking for skilled professionals to fill the following roles:
1. Welder
* Education: Minimum SMA/SMK.
* Skills: Proficiency in SMAW, GTAW, and GMAW welding techniques.
* Certifications: 3G-6G welding certification is highly preferred.
* Experience: At least 2 years of experience in welding hydraulic tubes and rods.
* Competencies: Ability to use precision tools (micrometers, calipers) and interpret technical drawings.
2. Assembly/Disassembly Technician
* Education: Minimum SMK or equivalent, preferably in Mechanical Engineering.
* Experience: At least 1 year as an Assembly Operator or Technician in the heavy equipment or cylinder industry.
* Competencies: Proficient in using calipers and skilled in reading technical engineering blueprints.
3. Sales Support
* Education: Minimum SMK.
* Experience: At least 1 year in Sales Support, Sales Admin, or related administrative roles.
* Competencies: Mastery of MS Office, experience in drafting quotations, and exceptional attention to detail.
* Soft Skills: Strong communication skills, proactive attitude, and an agile approach to learning.
4. Inspector
* Education: Minimum SMK (Mechanical Engineering).
* Experience: At least 2 years in pneumatic, hydraulic, or seal-related industries.
* Competencies: Ability to draft 2D & 3D technical drawings and proficiency in using vernier calipers and micrometers.
* Knowledge: Strong understanding of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
5. Production Planning and Inventory Control (PPIC)
* Education: Minimum D3 in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering.
* Experience: At least 2 years in a similar capacity.
* Competencies: Expertise in production scheduling, material procurement monitoring, and onsite project planning.
* Soft Skills: Strong leadership, analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
