## 1. Engineering Specialist
We are looking for a dedicated Engineering professional to oversee our production maintenance systems and environmental infrastructure.
* Education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) or Diploma (D3) in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or Environmental Engineering.
* Experience: At least 2 years of experience in production machine maintenance, preferably within the FMCG sector.
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation systems. Experience with Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) operations is highly desirable.
* Competencies: Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
* Preferences: Relevant WWTP certifications and familiarity with CMMS or MS Office are distinct advantages.
* Availability: Must be willing to work in a shift system and be stationed at our Ngoro Industrial Park facility.
## 2. Production Foreman
We are seeking an experienced Production Foreman to lead our manufacturing output, ensuring compliance with industry standards and operational excellence.
* Education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) or Diploma (D3) in Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
* Experience: A minimum of 2 years in a supervisory production role, ideally within the cosmetics, skincare, household cleaning, or personal care industries.
* Regulatory Knowledge: Deep understanding of product standardization requirements, including CPPKRTB, CPKB, and SJH guidelines.
* Technical Proficiency: Prior experience with SAP implementation is considered a strong plus.
* Soft Skills: Proven leadership and critical thinking capabilities.
* Availability: Must be willing to work in shifts and relocate to Mojokerto.
## 3. HR-GA Supervisor
Our Human Resources and General Affairs team is looking for a versatile professional to manage site operations, employee relations, and administrative processes.
* Education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Psychology, Law, Human Resource Management, or Industrial Engineering.
* Experience: At least 3 years of experience as an HR-GA Supervisor or HR Generalist in the FMCG sector.
* Functional Expertise: Proven experience in managing HRIS, payroll administration, waste management, and pest control protocols.
* Professional Skills: Excellent stakeholder management, strong leadership, detail-oriented reporting skills, and proficiency in MS Office.
* Availability: Must be willing to be stationed at our Ngoro Industrial Park site in East Java.
