## Join Our Team: SAP Production Administrator
We are currently seeking a meticulous and data-driven professional to join our production team as an SAP Production Administrator. This role is integral to ensuring the seamless flow of materials and accurate reporting of our manufacturing output.
Core Responsibilities
The successful candidate will play a vital role in the daily operational success of our production facilities by managing the following tasks:
* SAP Transaction Management: Executing SAP entries for production activities, including Goods Receipt (GR), Goods Issue (GI), and the allocation of material and factory supplies.
* Material Coordination: Overseeing production material administration, which includes managing reservations, performing stock controls, conducting stock opname, and maintaining clear communication with the PPIC and warehouse departments.
* Data Monitoring and Reporting: Inputting and reconciling critical production data, including Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) metrics, daily production reports (LPH), and operational data from filling, cartoning, case packing, and palletizing stations.
Candidate Requirements
To be considered for this position, applicants should meet the following professional criteria:
* Educational Background: A minimum of a Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any major.
* Professional Experience: At least one year of experience in a manufacturing environment as a Production Administrator or SAP Administrator.
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in SAP and advanced competency in Microsoft Excel are considered significant advantages.
* Attention to Detail: A high degree of accuracy is required, with a proven ability to manage complex datasets and perform administrative reconciliations.
* Adaptability: Candidates must be comfortable working in a shift-based schedule.
