Job Responsibilities
* Cultivate and maintain strong, productive relationships with fresh fruit bunch (FFB / TBS) farmers and suppliers through scheduled field visits.
* Execute rigorous quality inspections and grading procedures for incoming FFB according to established corporate standards.
* Facilitate the issuance and administration of FFB purchase contract documents.
* Cross-verify FFB reception data against the Daily Production Report (LHP) of each mill.
* Formulate weekly FFB pricing documentation and manage billing administration processes seamlessly.
* Deliver accurate, timely reports regarding FFB purchasing expenditures.
* Maintain systematic filing, organization, and archiving of all procurement-related documents.
