As a Quality Assurance Supervisor, you will play a critical role in maintaining our uncompromising product standards. You will oversee production batches, identify potential defects, and ensure that every ceramic tile leaving our facility meets our rigorous quality benchmarks.
Key Qualifications:
* Educational Background: Minimum of a Senior High School (SMA/SMK) diploma or equivalent.
* Work Experience: At least 2 years of hands-in experience within the QA or QC department of a ceramic manufacturing environment.
* Health Requirement: Must not be colorblind.
* Core Competencies: Capable of performing efficiently under pressure, highly detail-oriented, quick to respond to operational challenges, and possessing strong communication skills.
