1. Junior Project Procurement
This role is essential for ensuring that our engineering projects remain on schedule and within budget.
* Develop and manage comprehensive material delivery schedules.
* Monitor project costs and perform accurate calculations for Quantity Variation Orders.
* Apply advanced knowledge of industry-standard construction work methods.
* Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Civil Engineering.
* Minimum of one year of experience in a similar capacity, preferably within the Oil & Gas construction sector.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, as well as project management software such as Primavera or Microsoft Project.
2. Admin Marine
Based in North Jakarta (Jl. Pantai Indah Selatan), this position ensures our fleet remains compliant and fully operational.
* Monitor vessel certification and documentation, coordinating renewals with relevant regulatory bodies.
* Plan and oversee inspections and surveys conducted by class authorities, port officials, and third-party inspectors.
* Maintain accurate weekly and monthly reporting on vessel documentation status.
* Organize and manage technical catalogs, documentation, and vessel drawings.
* Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Naval Architecture.
* At least two years of relevant professional experience.
* Strong communication skills with an organized, proactive work ethic.
* Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD and Maxsurf Naval Architecture software.
* Ability to join the team immediately.
3. Purchasing Staff
We are looking for a detail-oriented professional to manage our procurement lifecycle and supply chain activities at our North Jakarta office.
* Execute the full procurement cycle, including supplier sourcing, selection, negotiation, and performance assessment.
* Conduct market analysis to ensure optimal pricing and value.
* Clarify technical specifications with internal stakeholders to prevent procurement errors.
* Prepare comparative price analyses and manage project-specific documentation.
* Monitor order fulfillment and coordinate with expediters to ensure timely delivery of goods.
* Inspect incoming shipments for compliance with Purchase Order (PO) numbers and technical specifications.
* Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field (Information Technology background is a plus).
* 2–3 years of direct experience in procurement, specifically regarding spare parts, heavy equipment, and engineering supplies.
* Proficiency in procurement systems and Microsoft Office.
* Strong interpersonal skills, the ability to work under pressure, and a proactive attitude.
