## Administrative and Control Tower Roles
1. KPI Administrator (Cibitung, MM2100)
We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to manage and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for our inbound, outbound, and inventory operations.
* Key Responsibilities: Compile operational data, identify performance trends, provide actionable insights, and design professional visual presentations using design software like Canva or Photoshop.
* Requirements: Degree in Industrial Engineering, Management, or Business Administration. Advanced proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools is mandatory.
2. Supervisor Admin Project (Bintan Placement)
This leadership role focuses on managing administrative workflows for projects at PT. Bintan Alumina Indonesia.
* Key Responsibilities: Lead the administrative team, ensure regulatory compliance, manage project documentation, and act as the primary liaison between project stakeholders.
* Requirements: Minimum 3 years of experience in administrative supervision, strong leadership abilities, and full proficiency in both English and Indonesian.
3. Admin Project (Bintan Placement)
An active role requiring on-site presence to coordinate cargo movement and documentation.
* Key Responsibilities: Issue delivery orders, conduct on-site cargo inspections, manage damage reporting, and maintain clear communication with international clients.
* Requirements: Vocational high school diploma or higher, high mobility, and strong problem-solving skills in field environments.
## Warehouse and Inventory Operations
4. Warehouse PIC (Cibitung, MM2100)
* Focus: Optimizing space utilization, managing stock accuracy, and overseeing Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or Supply Chain and 3+ years of relevant experience. Mandarin language skills are an added advantage.
5. Inventory Admin (Medan Placement)
* Focus: Managing inventory forecasts, conducting monthly stock-takes, and ensuring the integrity of the WMS and ERP databases.
* Requirements: Diploma/Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of experience in inventory management and deep understanding of FIFO/LIFO systems.
6. Specialized Warehouse Personnel
We are also hiring for several operational roles to ensure the efficiency of our distribution centers:
* Warehouse Helper: Assisting in the receiving, organizing, and physical movement of goods.
* Warehouse Checker: Verifying order accuracy, inspecting cargo quality, and maintaining rigorous documentation.
* Warehouse Picker: Using navigation systems to fulfill orders with high speed and precision.
Forklift Operator: Handling inbound/outbound activities. Must hold an active SIO (Forklift License).*
