## Job Opening: Production (Gesso) Leader
To support continuous production growth, PT Seng Fong Moulding Perkasa is seeking a highly skilled Production (Gesso) Leader to oversee and optimize manufacturing operations at the Jombang facility.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
As a Production Leader, you will play a critical role in maintaining operational efficiency, supervising personnel, and ensuring product quality. Your daily responsibilities will include:
* Team Coordination & Supervision: Directing, monitoring, and organizing team workflows to align with company planning, operational procedures, and work standards.
* Quality Assurance: Monitoring product grading and repair processes to ensure everything meets the high-quality benchmarks of the company.
* Target Achievement: Taking full responsibility for meeting production targets while maintaining strict quality control.
* Talent Development: Providing mentorship and guidance to team members to enhance their technical skills, alongside conducting regular performance evaluations.
* Process Oversight: Supervising the end-to-end production and packaging stages to guarantee compliance with established protocols.
* Workplace Discipline: Enforcing order, discipline, and safety standards among team members on the production floor.
* Reporting & Analysis: Preparing systematic progress reports and conducting root-cause analyses of operational issues to present to upper management regularly.
Candidate Qualifications
To be considered for this leadership role, candidates must meet the following criteria:
* Education: Minimum of an Associate Degree (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
* Experience: At least 3 years of proven professional experience in the timber, wood processing, or gesso manufacturing industries.
* Standards Compliance: Strong working knowledge and practical experience in implementing ISO 9001:2015 (Quality Management), ISO 14001:2015 (Environmental Management), and SMK3 (Indonesian Occupational Health and Safety Management System).
* Leadership & Problem-Solving: Exceptional leadership capabilities with a proactive approach to resolving workplace challenges and troubleshooting production issues.
* Flexibility: Willingness to work in rotating shifts.
* Location: Ready to be permanently stationed in Jombang, East Java.
