## 1. Sales Engineer
As a Sales Engineer, you will serve as the bridge between our innovative cooling technology and our clients' operational needs. You will be responsible for driving market growth, managing technical relationships, and securing long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
* Technical Consultation: Develop and deliver high-impact presentations to articulate the value of our products and services to prospective clients.
* Pipeline Management: Generate high-quality sales leads, manage follow-ups, negotiate contract terms, and oversee the full sales cycle from inquiry to final delivery.
* Strategic Planning: Establish and consistently meet ambitious sales targets and quotas.
* Market Expansion: Proactively acquire new business by identifying competitor weaknesses and capturing untapped market opportunities.
* Consultative Collaboration: Work closely with both customers and our internal engineering teams to determine optimal system requirements and equipment needs.
* Continuous Improvement: Monitor market trends and internal performance, providing actionable feedback and solutions to executive leadership.
Professional Requirements
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in any field, though degrees in Engineering or Mechanical disciplines are highly preferred.
* Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in Sales and Marketing, specifically within HVAC, cooling towers, or related industrial equipment sectors.
* Communication: Fluent in English (mandatory); proficiency in Mandarin is considered a significant advantage.
* Core Competencies: Exceptional negotiation skills, interpersonal aptitude, and strong computer literacy.
## 2. Project Management Staff
The Project Management Staff position is vital to our operational success, ensuring that our complex cooling tower installations are delivered on time, within budget, and in full compliance with international trade regulations.
Key Responsibilities
* Operational Planning: Develop comprehensive project schedules and maintain strict adherence to project budgets and cash flow requirements.
* Import and Logistics Management: Oversee the end-to-end import process, including the verification of shipping documentation (BL, PIB, COO), handling of PI, Lartas/Post-Border requirements, and navigating SKA/FTA protocols.
* Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all logistics, customs clearance, and documentation align with current local and international trade regulations.
* Technical Oversight: Perform HS code analysis and maintain rigorous standards for supplier management to ensure all materials meet technical specifications.
* Target Delivery: Coordinate the delivery of materials and installation phases to meet strict project milestones.
Professional Requirements
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mechanical studies, Management, Economics, or a related field.
* Experience: Previous background in HVAC, cooling towers, or construction is a major asset; motivated fresh graduates with relevant academic foundations are encouraged to apply.
