1. Warehouse Planner
As a Warehouse Planner, you will optimize facility capabilities and ensure seamless daily operational workflows.
* Core Responsibilities:
* Formulate daily inbound and outbound schedules based on dynamic operational demands.
* Strategically plan warehouse capacity, storage allocations, workforce requirements, and Material Handling Equipment (MHE) deployment.
* Monitor warehouse activities, inventory movements, stock availability, and coordinate discrepancy resolutions.
* Draft comprehensive daily performance reports and propose actionable continuous improvement initiatives.
* Candidate Qualifications:
* Minimum Diploma (D3) graduate in any discipline.
* At least 1 year of hands-on experience as a warehouse planner or similar logistics planning role.
* Solid foundational understanding of warehousing functions, logistics processes, and general business workflows.
* Proactive mindset geared toward business development and continuous process improvement.
2. Transport Planner
Manage transportation workflows efficiently, ensuring that every shipment moves securely from the facility to its final destination.
* Core Responsibilities:
* Generate delivery notes, loading notes, and route planning documents following thorough validation checks.
* Coordinate directly with transporters and internal security for loading and unloading procedures.
* Monitor transportation movements via the Transport Management System (TMS) and track Proof of Delivery (POD) statuses.

* At least 1 year of professional experience as a Transport Planner within the logistics or transportation sector.
* Passive English proficiency; capable of operating Transport Management Systems (TMS).

3. Administration Staff
Provide vital administrative support to maintain accuracy across sales orders, inventory records, and customer databases.
* Core Responsibilities:
* Convert sales canvas purchase orders into delivery orders and process sales inputs through billing stages.
* Manage sales return documentation, equipment deployment tracking, and execute routine stock opnames.
* Register new clients into master data systems and extract critical operational reports.

* Minimum 1 year of administrative experience within a warehouse, logistics, or transport environment.
* Familiarity with inbound/outbound processes, SAP systems, and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (specifically Excel) and exceptional attention to detail.
4. Equipment Operator
Ensure the precise and safe handling of inventory while maintaining strict compliance with warehousing best practices.
* Core Responsibilities:
* Execute accurate put-away, picking, transferring, and replenishing procedures aligned with batch and expiry tracking.
* Participate in periodic stock takes and physical inventory (PI) counts.
* Operate, inspect, and maintain Material Handling Equipment (MHE) safely, including routine battery maintenance.

* High school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
* Minimum 2 years of proven experience operating material handling equipment.
* Mandatory possession of a Class 2 Forklift License (SIO Forklift Kelas 2) registered with TemanK3.

5. Picker Checker

* Core Responsibilities:
* Unload incoming shipments and verify physical goods against accompanying documents.
* Perform precise item picking from racks using RF Scanners, verifying SKUs, batches, and quantities before staging at loading bays.
* Operate MHE safely and conduct pre-operational equipment safety checks.
* Candidate Qualifications:
* High school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
* At least 1 year of warehouse experience preferred.
* Proficiency in operating pallet movers and possession of a registered Class 2 Forklift License (SIO Forklift Kelas 2) will be prioritized.
