Key Responsibilities
As an integral part of our engineering department, you will be tasked with the following:
* Process Optimization: Analyzing current production workflows to identify and implement meaningful improvements.
* Performance Monitoring: Regularly evaluating the efficiency and health of factory machinery and critical equipment.
* Technical Troubleshooting: Providing rapid solutions to technical challenges that arise on the production floor.
* Documentation: Drafting comprehensive technical reports and maintaining accurate engineering records.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinating seamlessly with the Production, Quality Assurance (QA), and other related departments to ensure operational continuity.
Required Qualifications
To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:
1. Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Mechanical, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering, or a closely related field.
2. Manufacturing Literacy: A solid understanding of modern manufacturing processes and continuous improvement systems (such as Lean or Kaizen).
3. Technical Aptitude: Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings is highly preferred.
4. Soft Skills: Must be an analytical problem solver with high attention to detail and strong communication skills.
