Since its inception in 1994, PT. Rea Kaltim Plantations (REAK) has established itself as a premier foreign-invested oil palm plantation enterprise. Located strategically in the Kembang Janggut District of Kutai Kartanegara, East Kalimantan, our operations encompass 32,000 hectares of productive land. We currently operate three sophisticated palm oil mills, featuring two facilities with an 80-ton FFB/hour capacity and one additional mill processing 40 tons of FFB per hour.
As we look toward the future, REAK is embarking on a significant phase of growth. With major expansion projects currently underway in East Kutai and West Kutai, we anticipate a substantial increase in our plantation footprint over the next two to four years, coupled with the construction of several new processing mills. To support this ambitious development, we are seeking highly dedicated, motivated, and skilled professionals to join our growing team.

We are looking for individuals who possess a strong work ethic and the educational background required to excel in the following roles:
Engineering and Technical Roles
* Senior Planner: Bachelor’s or Diploma (D3/S1) in Mechanical, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering.
* Assistant Power Plant: Bachelor’s or Diploma (D3/S1) in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
* Sr. Mechanic / Mechanic: Bachelor’s or Diploma (D3/S1) in Heavy Equipment Mechanical Engineering for Senior roles; Vocational High School (STM/SMK) in Heavy Equipment for Junior roles.
* Hydraulic Specialist: Bachelor’s (S1) in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
* Electrician: Vocational High School (STM/SMK) in Electrical Engineering.
Specialized Trades and Maintenance
* Welder Specialist (6G): Vocational High School (STM/SMK) with active 6G certification.
* Welder (4G, 3G, 2G): Vocational High School (STM/SMK) in Technical fields.
* Operator Mesin Bubut (Lathe Operator): Vocational High School (STM/SMK) in Mechanical Engineering.
Supervisory and Administrative Roles
* Mandor Transport: Diploma (D3) in Administration or Industrial studies.
* Mandor General Civil: Diploma (D3) in Civil Engineering.
* Mandor Power Plant: Diploma (D3) in Industrial Engineering.
