## Open Positions at PT RANS Kosmetika Indonesia
We are currently seeking passionate individuals to fill the following roles at our headquarters in PIK 2, North Jakarta.
1. Content Plan Specialist
* Role: Develop and maintain comprehensive content calendars across all digital channels, collaborate with creative teams, and analyze performance metrics to optimize brand engagement.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Communication with 1–3 years of experience in digital campaign management and a strong grasp of social media trends.
2. Videographer & Editor Specialist
* Role: Conceptualize, film, and edit high-quality content—including tutorials and product showcases—while maintaining the distinct aesthetic of the beauty and lifestyle industry.
* Requirements: Degree in Visual Communication Design, proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro/After Effects, and experience with professional camera and lighting equipment.
3. HR Generalist
* Role: Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process, manage employee data, ensure workplace compliance, and organize internal team-building events.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or Management with at least 2 years of HR experience and strong problem-solving skills regarding facility and logistical management.
4. Affiliate Specialist
* Role: Manage day-to-day affiliate operations, recruit influencers, and track KPIs such as conversion rates and ROI to drive e-commerce growth.
* Requirements: 1–2 years of experience in affiliate marketing or influencer management with excellent analytical and communication skills.
5. Area Sales Supervisor
* Role: Plan effective sales strategies, monitor distributor stock levels, and ensure brand presence across retail outlets to achieve company targets.
* Requirements: Minimum 3 years of experience in FMCG or personal care, a valid driver’s license, and deep knowledge of area coverage strategies.
6. Purchasing Specialist
* Role: Evaluate suppliers, negotiate pricing, and manage procurement processes for raw materials and office supplies while maintaining accurate documentation.
* Requirements: Minimum 2 years of purchasing experience, proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP/Pivot), and experience with accounting software like Accurate.
