* Requirements: A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and at least one year of hands-on experience in a production house or television station environment.
2. Sales Management Positions

* Sales Manager: Requires 7+ years of experience (at least 2 years in a managerial role) within media, licensing, or related sectors. You will lead teams, implement strategies, and manage high-level commercial contracts.
