## General Candidate Qualifications
To ensure that all candidates possess the resilience, academic foundation, and readiness required for a demanding mining environment, applicants must meet the following mandatory criteria:
1. Gender & Age Restrictions:
* Male candidates only.
* Maximum age of 28 years old for the Human Capital track.
* Maximum age of 25 years old for Operations, Engineering, CPSD, and Plant tracks.
2. Academic Excellence: Minimum Grade Point Average (GPA) of 3.00 on a 4.00 scale from an accredited university.
3. Physical & Personal Standards:
* Free from tattoos and body piercings.
* Physically and mentally fit to work in heavy industrial environments (pass a comprehensive medical check-up).
4. Health Compliance: Fully vaccinated against COVID-19 with the 3rd dose (Booster).
5. Commitment:
