* End-to-End Hiring: Manage the entire recruitment pipeline, spanning candidate sourcing, rigorous screening, selection interviews, and onboarding administration.
* Onboarding & Induction: Facilitate comprehensive induction programs for newly hired personnel to ensure smooth organizational assimilation.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate closely with various internal departments to streamline hiring workflows and prepare necessary onboarding logistics.
* Data Management: Maintain accurate employee databases, oversee administrative processes, and meticulously organize recruitment documentation.
Candidate Requirements
