Candidate Qualifications and Requirements

* A minimum of a Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in any major for the Sales Supervisor and Administrative Staff roles.
* A minimum of a High School Diploma (SMA/K) for Staff Surveyor and Warehouse Staff roles.
* Professional Experience:
* Sales Supervisor: At least 2–3 years of experience in the Consumer Goods or Distribution industry.
* Staff Surveyor: Minimum of 1 year of experience in Sales or Marketing.
* Administrative Staff: Proven experience in administrative duties; familiarity with the SAP system is a significant advantage.
* Technical Skills and Licenses:
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word, is required for Administrative and Warehouse roles.
* Applicants for Sales Supervisor and Staff Surveyor must possess valid SIM A and SIM C licenses.
