## Essential Candidate Qualifications
To ensure our high standards of food production are maintained, all applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Location: Reside in or be willing to relocate to Cidokom, Gunung Sindur, Bogor Regency, and surrounding areas.
* Professional Experience:
* Staff Roles: Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
* Supervisor Roles and Above: Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
* Operator Roles: Open to fresh graduates.
