## Current Vacancy: Production Specialist Operator
We are currently seeking a dedicated Production Specialist Operator to contribute to our high-performance manufacturing environment. This role is essential in ensuring that our production lines run efficiently while maintaining the high-quality standards associated with the Delfi brand.
Core Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end operation of our production machinery. Key duties include:
* Machine Operation: Operating, monitoring, and performing routine maintenance on production equipment to ensure optimal functionality.
* Quality Assurance: Maintaining a clean and organized workspace in strict accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to meet daily output targets without compromising product quality.
* Reporting: Preparing comprehensive daily reports detailing production outcomes, raw material consumption, and documenting any technical challenges encountered during the shift.
Candidate Requirements
To qualify for this position, applicants must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background:
* Vocational High School (SMK) graduates in Mechanical Engineering with a minimum of two years of relevant experience as a production operator.
* Diploma (D3) graduates in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering (Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply).
* Technical Knowledge: A strong understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Occupational Health and Safety (K3) regulations is essential.
