This role offers candidates a compelling platform to engage directly with core operational protocols, support maintenance management frameworks, and uphold the stringent safety and efficiency standards synonymous with the oil and gas sector.
Key Responsibilities
* Actively support daily maintenance and operational workflows within the designated facility.
* Monitor critical operational parameters including pressure, temperature, flow rate, liquid level, and gas quality.
* Handle and inspect various facility components such as valves, meters, separators, scrubbers, instrumentation, and associated equipment.
* Interpret engineering schematics, including P&ID, flow diagrams, datasheets, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
* Prepare accurate operational reporting and execute seamless shift handovers.
* Navigate complex operational environments by adhering to structured shift rosters tailored for the oil and gas industry.
Candidate Qualifications
* Gender: Male applicants only.
* Age Limit: Maximum 45 years old.
* Educational Background & Experience:
* Minimum vocational high school (SMA/SMK) graduate in a technical discipline with at least 3 years of relevant work experience; OR
* Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's (S1) degree holder in a technical field with at least 2 years of relevant work experience.
* Technical Competencies: Proficient in reading P&ID, flow diagrams, datasheets, and operating procedures. Familiarity with oil and gas instrumentation and process equipment is mandatory.
* Digital Literacy: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, with an advanced emphasis on Microsoft Excel.
* Operational Readiness: Physically and mentally prepared to work in a demanding shift-work schedule within an oil and gas operational setting.
* Geographical Preference: Priority will be given to candidates currently residing in Gresik or Pasuruan, East Java.
