1. Operations Administrator
This role is essential for maintaining the organizational backbone of our fleet operations, ensuring that vessel data is accurate and accessible.
* Manage and archive all vessel documentation and reports systematically.
* Monitor daily vessel performance reports and ongoing onboard activities.
* Compile and analyze daily operational summaries for management review.
* Track and coordinate procurement needs for vessel supplies and equipment.
* Serve as a primary point of contact to ensure seamless communication and operational efficiency across the fleet.
* Male candidate with a degree in Naval Architecture or Maritime Studies.
* Minimum of one year of relevant professional experience.
* Background in the Oil & Gas shipping sector is highly advantageous.
* Strong foundational knowledge of ship machinery, electrical systems, and hull structure.
* Familiarity with Planned Maintenance Systems (PMS).
* High proficiency in Microsoft Office and a demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
2. HSE & Operations Specialist
The HSE & Operations Specialist is a critical role responsible for upholding our rigorous safety standards and regulatory compliance.
* Male candidate with a degree in Naval Architecture or Maritime Studies preferred.
* Minimum of five years of dedicated experience in an HSE role, preferably within the Oil & Gas shipping industry.
* Must hold valid certifications, including:
* General K3 Expert (Ahli K3 Umum)
* ISM Code Internal Auditor
* Designated Person Ashore (DPA)
* ISPS Code Company Security Officer
* Proven training in ISO 31000 (Risk Management), ISO 9001/14001/45001, First Aid, and Contractor Safety Management Systems (CSMS).
* Fluent in English with exceptional interpersonal and collaborative skills.
* Advanced computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft Office.
