Candidate Requirements

* Educational Background: Hold a Diploma (D4) or Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety (K3) or Environmental Engineering.
* Professional Experience: A minimum of three years of relevant experience in safety and environmental management.
* Certifications: Must possess a valid AK3 Umum certificate.
* Technical Competency: Proven experience with SMK3 (Occupational Health and Safety Management System) awareness training and implementation. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in establishing SMK3 protocols from the ground up.
* Soft Skills: Demonstrated loyalty, strong sense of responsibility, and professional integrity.
* Location: Successful applicants will be based at the Mojokerto factory.
