1. Area Business Manager
This role focuses on driving sales performance and profitability within designated regions.
* Key Responsibilities: Managing branch and distributor performance, achieving sales targets, overseeing trade marketing programs, conducting business reviews, and coaching team members.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree; minimum 3 years of experience as a Branch Head or Area Sales Manager in the Paint, Building Materials, or FMCG sectors. Proficiency in SAGE and strong analytical/negotiation skills are essential.
2. Area Sales & Promotion Supervisor
Responsible for managing outlet relationships and ensuring effective product visibility.
* Key Responsibilities: Selling to stockists, executing merchandising strategies, supporting product consultants (PC), conducting market intelligence, and managing branch operations where applicable.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree; 2 years of supervisory experience in Sales or Promotion within related industries. Must be computer literate and skilled in reporting.
3. Color Matcher
