1. Branch Manager
As a Branch Manager, you will oversee daily branch operations, drive performance targets, and lead a team of educators and administrative staff to ensure institutional excellence.
* Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in any major.
* Strong leadership qualities and exceptional managerial capabilities.
* Highly target-driven and results-oriented mindset.
* Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
* Ability to commit to a full-time work schedule.
* Willingness to be placed in any of our branch locations: Denpasar, Tangerang, Cikarang, or Bintaro.
2. Operational Staff (Office Boy)
Our Operational Staff members play a vital role in maintaining a clean, orderly, and efficient working environment that supports our daily academic activities.
* Minimum High School diploma (SMA/equivalent).
* High level of attention to detail, strong discipline, and a deep sense of responsibility.
* Ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
* Good communication skills.
* Ready to work on a full-time basis.
* Willingness to be stationed in Denpasar, Tangerang, Cikarang, or Bintaro.
