## Current Job Opening: Maintenance Operator
PT Oji Indo Makmur Perkasa is looking for a dedicated Maintenance Operator to ensure the seamless operation of its production machinery. This role is essential for maintaining the high-quality standards expected of the Moko Moko brand.
Core Responsibilities
* Preventive Maintenance: Execute scheduled maintenance tasks on both electrical and mechanical systems to minimize downtime.
* Technical Problem Solving: Identify and resolve mechanical issues as they arise during production cycles.
* Documentation: Maintain accurate records and generate detailed reports regarding all maintenance activities conducted on-site.
Candidate Requirements
To be considered for this position, applicants must demonstrate the following qualifications:
* Educational Background: Minimum of a High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) specializing in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
* Work Experience: A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a mechanical or electrical maintenance role.
* Technical Skills: A strong foundation in electrical/mechanical systems. Candidates with experience in semi-automated or fully automated machine operation will be given preference.
* Operational Competencies: Proven ability to troubleshoot machine failures effectively.
* Personal Attributes: Must be comfortable working under pressure, meeting production targets, and adhering to rotating shift schedules. Candidates must also demonstrate a positive attitude and strong team-collaboration skills.
