QC & General Operations:* High School (SMA) Science or SMK in Industrial Chemistry; SMA/SMK in any major for specific sales and general roles.
Entry-Level Support:* Junior High School (SMP) for loading and specific transport functions.
* Special Requirements:
* Certifications: Valid SIO license required for Forklift and Loader Operators; Gada Pratama security certification for Security Personnel; valid B1 Driver's License for Truck Drivers.

* Core Qualifications:
* Education: D3 or S1 degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automotive Engineering, Heavy Equipment Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or MIPA.
* Experience: Minimum of 5 years of relevant industry experience for Supervisors, and 3 years for Foremen. Proven leadership capability managing teams of at least 10 personnel is mandatory.
* Work Style: Flexibility to work in rotating shifts (applicable to production and engineering foremen).
* Work Location: Demak.
