## 1. Production Planner
As a Production Planner, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the efficiency of our manufacturing facility by aligning production workflows with delivery timelines.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and organize comprehensive production schedules to meet operational goals.
* Supervise daily production operations to ensure seamless execution.
* Collaborate with cross-functional departments to resolve production-related challenges.
* Manage material flow and production cycles, ensuring shipping targets are met consistently.
* Provide administrative support and generate detailed reports on production indices and operational performance.
Required Qualifications
* Bachelor’s or Diploma degree in any field.
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in manufacturing or production control environments.
* Demonstrated expertise in production planning, inventory management, or administrative roles.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with SAP or ERP systems.
* Strong interpersonal, communication, and innovative problem-solving skills.
* Fluency in Mandarin or English is highly preferred.
## 2. Shipping Officer
Our Shipping team is essential to our global supply chain, ensuring that our solar components reach their destinations accurately and in compliance with international trade regulations.
Key Responsibilities
* Maintain clear communication with shipping principals, port authorities, and logistics partners.
* Oversee all administrative aspects of import and export documentation.
* Prepare critical shipping paperwork, including CEISA, AWB, B/L, Packing Lists, PPFTZ, and LCL documentation.
* Monitor and track shipment schedules to ensure timely delivery and regulatory compliance.
* Compile and submit accurate reports regarding the realization of all import and export activities.
Required Qualifications
* Bachelor’s or Diploma degree in any field.
* Prior experience within a shipping or logistics company.
* Solid understanding of ship agency management and international trade documentation.
* Applicants must be based in or willing to relocate to Batam.
* Strong verbal and written command of Mandarin or English.
