## 1. Management Trainee – All Plants
We are looking for future leaders who are ready to learn the intricacies of our manufacturing operations.
* Education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Plastics Engineering with a minimum GPA of 3.0.
* Experience: Fresh graduates with internship experience in a manufacturing environment are encouraged to apply.
* Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and administrative software; understanding of core plastic production processes (injection molding, blow molding, extrusion, or thermoforming).
* Attributes: High integrity, strong leadership potential, analytical mindset, and a target-oriented approach.
* Requirement: Must be willing to be stationed at any MMM Plastic plant.
## 2. Information Technology (IT) Staff – Surabaya/Sidoarjo
Our IT team is the backbone of our operational efficiency. We are seeking a technical problem-solver to join us in Surabaya and Sidoarjo.
* Education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
* Experience: Minimum 1 year of professional experience in a similar role.
* Technical Skills: Strong analytical and logical reasoning skills; knowledge of Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC).

## 3. Inventory Control Staff – Sidoarjo
We require a detail-oriented professional to oversee our stock integrity and logistical accuracy.
* Education: Bachelor’s degree (S1), preferably in Administration, Accounting, or Logistics.
* Experience: Minimum 1 year in warehouse administration, inventory management, or logistics.
* Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and familiarity with ERP or inventory software (e.g., SAP, Accurate).
* Competencies: Ability to perform accurate stock opname procedures and meticulous data reporting.
## 4. Sales Export-Import Staff – Surabaya
This role is ideal for individuals who are skilled in global trade procedures and possess strong interpersonal abilities.
* Education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Marketing, Business Management, or English Literature.
* Language Skills: Exceptional command of the English language.
* Core Competencies: Strong negotiation and presentation skills; deep understanding of export-import documentation and procedures.
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
