## Role Overview and Key Responsibilities
The Operation Development position is designed for analytical thinkers who are eager to drive operational excellence in the field. Successful candidates will be responsible for the following:
* Process Implementation: Directly apply professional training and management principles within assigned branch locations.
* Operational Audit: Evaluate existing branch workflows and assess their performance against established company standards.
* Optimization: Identify bottlenecks and rectify processes that fail to meet efficiency metrics.
* Continuous Improvement: Proactively suggest and implement innovative improvisations to streamline port logistics and service delivery.
## Candidate Qualifications
We are looking for motivated individuals who possess a blend of leadership potential and a passion for logistics innovation. To be considered for this role, you must meet the following criteria:
* Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any discipline from a reputable university.
* Experience: A minimum of 1 year of professional experience within the Shipping or Logistics industry is strongly preferred.
* Core Competencies: Strong leadership capabilities, a proactive mindset toward business development, and the ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
* Mobility: Full willingness to be stationed at any of our operational branches across Nusa Tenggara, Sulawesi, or the Maluku region.
