## Role Overview: Associate Production Engineer (Building Architect)
The Associate Production Engineer (Building Architect) role is designed for professionals who are eager to apply their conceptual knowledge of production theories and fabrication practices to real-world energy projects. In this capacity, you will work under the guidance of experienced senior engineers to resolve standard production challenges and ensure that project workflows remain efficient, accurate, and aligned with international standards.
## Key Responsibilities and Scope of Work
As an Associate Production Engineer, you will bridge the gap between architectural design and field execution. Your daily contributions will be essential to the seamless progression of high-stakes offshore construction projects.
* Project Planning and Coordination: Review project scopes, schedules, and technical specifications to ensure that layout requirements are met. You will assist in preparing comprehensive work packages and suggest adjustments to the planning team to optimize fabrication schedules.
* Production Monitoring: Actively track revisions and progress on architectural layouts. You will monitor weekly fabrication progress, man-hours, and overall productivity to ensure projects stay on track.
* Quality and Compliance: Verify that all materials, fabrication processes, and installations strictly adhere to project drawings and company specifications.
* Resource Management: Manage material availability by reviewing weekly reports and initiating site queries for necessary material substitutions when required.
* Stakeholder Liaison: Act as a critical point of contact between detailing engineers and shop/erection supervisors. You will ensure that engineering drawings are issued on time and that all stakeholders are aligned on approved design changes.
* Field Support: Provide on-site guidance to production teams, conduct two-week "look-ahead" planning to identify constraints, and proactively report any concerns during project production meetings.

Educational Qualifications
