## Engineering and Technical Roles
1. Lean Engineer
* Key Accountabilities: Lead cost-reduction initiatives using Lean and Continuous Improvement methodologies; identify and execute process improvements; ensure organizational manufacturing targets are met.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; proven experience in Lean or Kaizen manufacturing environments; strong project management and change management capabilities.
2. Process Engineer
* Key Accountabilities: Design and supervise high-quality line tooling, fixtures, and heater elements; explore automation integration; standardize processes across sister plants.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronic or Mechanical Engineering; proficiency in fabrication, machining, and PLC programming; strong technical drawing skills and basic pneumatics knowledge.
3. Industrial Engineer
* Key Accountabilities: Optimize production workstations and workflows; design jigs and fixtures for assembly; conduct plant layout planning and capacity analysis; implement floor-level automation.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Mechatronic Engineering; skilled in AutoCAD and technical drawing; knowledge of sonic welding and basic automation control.
4. Product Development Engineer
* Key Accountabilities: Develop 2D decoration and packaging designs for manufacturability; balance aesthetic appeal with operational efficiency; ensure quality standards throughout the new product development cycle.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Design; expertise in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop; advanced perception regarding uniform product standards.
5. Product Engineer
* Key Accountabilities: Plan new toy projects, including material cost analysis and design reviews; collaborate with stakeholders to transition products into mass production; ensure adherence to international compliance standards.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; product engineering experience is highly desirable; technical proficiency in product design, drawing, and PMD certification.
6. Equipment & Facility Engineer
* Key Accountabilities: Execute preventive maintenance schedules and budgets; manage machine uptime; lead and train maintenance technicians; ensure full compliance with EH&S standards.
* Requirements: Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronic Engineering; at least 2 years of relevant industry experience; skills in AutoCAD, PLC, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
## Production, Supply Chain, and Administrative Roles
7. Supervisor Production
* Key Accountabilities: Supervise production shifts; monitor safety, quality, and performance metrics; drive cost-effectiveness; coordinate with support departments for seamless operations.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; experience in a manufacturing production environment; strong leadership and analytical skills; ability to work in a shift-based system.
8. Material Planner
* Key Accountabilities: Manage purchase orders; coordinate with logistics and warehousing to ensure material flow; resolve quality and quantity discrepancies; maintain accurate MRP system records.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or Supply Chain; 2–3 years of experience in material planning or inventory control; high proficiency in Excel and ERP/MRP systems.
9. Indirect Buyer
* Key Accountabilities: Oversee procurement of indirect materials, supplies, and services; conduct supplier evaluations; ensure timely delivery and budget compliance.
* Requirements: Bachelor’s degree; experience in indirect procurement; strong familiarity with procurement software and Microsoft Office; adaptability to evolving business requirements.
10. Technician
* Key Accountabilities: Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot production machinery to ensure line efficiency.
* Requirements: Vocational High School (SMK) graduate in Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, or Multimedia; minimum 3 years of experience; expertise in PLC, printing machines, or SolidWorks; willingness to work shift hours and be stationed in Cikarang, Bekasi.
