Key Qualifications
* Educational Background: Minimum vocational high school (SMK) degree majoring in Electrical Engineering or Power Systems.

We are seeking an analytical and forward-thinking Corporate Strategy Planning Assistant to support our high-level financial and business development initiatives. This role is crucial for driving corporate growth through data-backed insights and strategic investment analysis.
Key Qualifications
* Educational Background: Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Management, or Industrial Engineering (Finance and Accounting majors are strongly preferred).
* Professional Experience: 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in corporate finance, investment banking, business consulting, or business development. Exceptional fresh graduates with proven academic achievements will also be considered.
* Analytical Skills: Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and investment analysis techniques, including Discounted Cash Flow (DCF), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), Net Present Value (NPV), Payback Period, and feasibility studies.
* Software Competency: Advanced command of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Familiarity with business intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau), financial terminals (Bloomberg, Reuters), or accounting software represents a distinct advantage.
* Knowledge Base: Familiarity with accounting principles (PSAK/IFRS) alongside a solid grasp of market analysis, cost structures, and risk assessment methodologies.
