## About the Position
We are currently hiring an HR & GA Korean Speaker for a contract-based position located in Cikarang Selatan. In this capacity, you will serve as the crucial link between our Indonesian workforce and our Korean management team. Your daily responsibilities will span across both Human Resources and General Affairs functions, ensuring seamless daily operations and harmonious workplace communication.
Core Responsibilities
* Communication & Translation: Act as the primary interpreter during meetings and accurately translate critical business documents between Korean and Indonesian.
* HR Administration: Oversee comprehensive HR and General Affairs administrative duties, maintaining organized records and compliant procedures.
* Talent Acquisition: Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes to attract top-tier talent to our growing organization.
* Expatriate Services: Handle essential government documentation, including work visas and legal permits for foreign staff.
* Compensation & Benefits: Administer accurate payroll processing and employee benefit programs.
## Candidate Requirements
To excel in this multifaceted role, applicants should meet the following professional and educational standards:
* Language Proficiency: Fluent in both Korean and Indonesian, encompassing exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
* Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology, Korean Studies, or a closely related academic discipline is preferred.
